After selling out two headline shows at Whelan's, featuring on Conan O'Brien's new HBO series "Conan Must Go", and performing on "Fanning at Whelan's" for Virgin Media, DUG is off to a flying start.

Started in October 2023, DUG is the new musical project of Lorkin O'Reilly and California native Jonny Pickett.

After spending the past decade in Upstate New York, releasing two albums, touring and gaining 24+ million streams on Spotify, Lorkin decided to pack his bags in 2022 and move home to Dublin.

With that life change and meeting Pickett came the inception of DUG - a band that blends American Old Time and Irish Folk, reflecting the musical heritage of both its members.
